During the holidays, you were most likely shopping, attending corporate
functions, dinners + visiting family and friends. Let's face it, with so much
happening this busy time of year you pay little attention to your body's
nutritional needs. In addition, with all the delicious opportunities that arise
this time of year, its no wonder that the average American gains between 4-6
pounds during the Holiday season. That is over 14,000 calories of excess weight.
If you are weighing 125lbs will need to exercise at a moderate pace for 2800
minutes to lose those holiday pounds. If your like the rest of us and plan on
starting your exercise regimen on January 1st ~ 6 hours a week it will take 16
weeks to burn off all of your holiday indulgencies. By the start of swimsuit
season, you are only back to where you started in October. Not a good plan if

According the most studies on fat loss, the human body can only burn about
1/3 to ½ percent of body fat a week. Over a 12-week period, that is 6% fat loss
and around 12 lbs of weight. In addition, these are numbers are for a healthy
individual in a well-fed state. Most of our population is underfed in nutrient
value and overfed in overall calories.
This year let us individualize a fitness plan for you that will budget your
calories to keep you DEBT FREE and burning extra calories in shorter time.
